👋 Welcome to Clip~Flow
Clip~Flow is designed to be your ultimate companion for productivity. Whether you are a developer saving code snippets, a student organizing research, or just someone who copies and pastes a lot, Clip~Flow makes sure you never lose a clip again.
🚀 Getting Started
Setting Up the Main App
- Open Clip~Flow: Launch the app for the first time to initialize your local database.
- Grant Permissions: Accept any requested permissions for the clipboard to enable "Quick Save" features.
- Create a Category: Go to the filter section and tap "Add Category" to start organizing.
Using Quick Save
The fastest way to save content is the "Paste" button on the home screen. When you copy something in another app, just open Clip~Flow and tap the pulsing Paste button. The "Realistic Water Splash" effect confirms your clip is safely stored.
⌨️ Keyboard Extension
Access your clips directly from any text field in any app without switching back to Clip~Flow.
- Go to iOS Settings > General > Keyboard.
- Tap Keyboards > Add New Keyboard....
- Select Clip~Flow from the list.
- Tap on Clip~Flow and enable Allow Full Access.
ONLY to communicate with the main app's storage. Clip~Flow does NOT record your keystrokes or transmit data over the internet.✨ Key Features
Long-press any category to enter edit mode. You can assign custom SFSymbols to your categories to make them visually distinct and easier to find.
As your collection grows, use the search bar at the top. It filters through both the content of the clip and your custom descriptions instantly.
Clip~Flow isn't just for text. You can save images and screenshots. The app creates optimized thumbnails to save space while keeping the high-resolution version ready for whenever you need it.
🛡️ Privacy & Security
Your data is yours. Period.
- Local-Only Storage: Your clips never leave your iPhone.
- No Analytics: We don't track what you copy or how you use the app.
- No Clouds: We don't use external servers, which means your data can't be leaked from our end.
For more details, view our full Privacy Policy.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
This usually happens if "Full Access" is disabled. Please toggle it off and back on in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Clip~Flow. Also, ensure the main app has been opened at least once after a device restart.
Tap the "Globe" icon in the bottom-left corner of the Clip~Flow keyboard to cycle through your enabled keyboards.
Clip~Flow handles thousands of clips with ease, but if you have many large images, you might want to delete clips you no longer need. You can do this by selecting any clip in the list and deleting it.
