1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clip~Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clip~Flow is a clipboard manager application for iOS that allows you to:

• Save and organize clipboard content
• Access saved clips through a keyboard extension
• Share content through a share extension
• Organize clips into categories and groups

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App Legally: You will only use Clip~Flow for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you save using Clip~Flow. We do not monitor, review, or control user content
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any access credentials
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the App to store, transmit, or access illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Clip~Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProductivityApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you save using Clip~Flow. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductivityApps and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Clip~Flow
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your device or data
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in the App's functionality

7. Data Storage and Privacy

8. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Clip~Flow (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProductivityApps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
