THE USEFUL EXTRAS

Everything you save, still in reach.

Designed for the small moments that add up: a link, a code block, a screenshot, or the phrase you use every day.

Share Extension

Save text, URLs, and images from Safari, social apps, or anywhere iOS lets you share.

Search & categories

Find content and descriptions quickly, then give categories custom icons so your library feels like yours.

Keyboard extension

Bring your clips into any text field without switching back to Clip Flow or losing your place.

START HERE

Set up the flow once.

Open the app once, then add the extensions that fit the way you work.

Open the main app

Clip Flow initializes its local database and gives you a place to organize the things you copy.

  1. Launch Clip Flow to initialize your local library.
  2. Allow clipboard access when iOS asks so Quick Save can work.
  3. Create a category from the filter section when you are ready to organize.

Add Clip Flow wherever you type

Use the keyboard extension for saved clips and the Share Extension for things you discover.

  1. Open iOS Settings β†’ General β†’ Keyboard β†’ Keyboards.
  2. Tap Add New Keyboard and select Clip Flow.
  3. Enable Allow Full Access to connect the extension to local app storage.
Why Full Access? Clip Flow uses it strictly to read from the main app’s shared local container. It never records keystrokes or transmits your data over the internet.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your clips stay yours.

Read the full privacy policy β†’

Clip Flow is built around a local library, so your everyday clipboard history remains on your iPhone or iPad.

  • Local-only storage. Your clips do not leave your device.
  • No analytics. We do not track what you copy or how you use the app.
  • No cloud account. There is no external server holding your clipboard history.

NEED A HAND?

Quick answers.

Most issues come down to an extension permission or reopening the main app after a restart.

Clips aren’t syncing between the app and keyboard.

Toggle Full Access off and back on in Settings β†’ General β†’ Keyboard β†’ Keyboards β†’ Clip Flow. Also make sure the main app has been opened at least once after a device restart.

How do I switch back to the system keyboard?

Tap the Globe icon in the bottom-left corner of the Clip Flow keyboard to cycle through your enabled keyboards.

The app feels slow with many clips.

Clip Flow can handle thousands of clips, but large images take more space. Delete clips you no longer need from the list to keep the library light.
